All orders called in will be shipped within 24 hours if all parts are in stock. Items not in stock will be sent out as soon as they become available. If no one is present to answer your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible


PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, cerified check, money order or personal check. Personal checks will be held until they clear ( 2 - 3 weeks ). US funds only.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Most items in our online catalog can be shipped in the lower 48 states with $100.00 insurance for $10.00. Large orders and extra insurance will be slightly more.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition and complete with prepaid postage. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns on special order parts. Postage will not be refunded, but we will issue a check for your purchase price.

Please contact carrier ( typically UPS ) for instructions on settling claims.
